It's Friday January 26th at 1143 pm and we made it here to Arusha. The place we are staying at, which I haven't been able to see full board because it's very dark, is nice so far. The smells are incredible.
It's nice to be on the ground and feel the terra under my feet. I am ready for a good night sleep and a day of acclimation tomorrow.

The snow came. It is beautiful out. All the trees covered. The roads are icy though. We had about three inches of snow. Abbie was excited. She has a snow day. School is closed.

Getting ready for Super Bowl..Making a big pot of chili for Dad and doing up a snack platter for him. I'm working a 12 hr shift Sunday. He'll be able to root as loud as he wants for his favorite team. lol Hope your trip is going well and the accomidations are as good as the pictures show. ;-) MoM
